目的:观察高频彩色多普勒超声诊断睾丸微石症( TM)的声像图特征,结合“萤火虫”成像技术显示睾丸实质内微小钙化,对比分析以上两种技术对诊断TM的临床意义。方法:选取阴囊彩超检查的患者252例,应用高频彩色多普勒超声观察其声像图特征,结合“萤火虫”成像技术,重点观察睾丸实质内微小钙化情况。结果:高频彩色多普勒超声结合“萤火虫”技术后,在诊断TM的敏感性、特异性、精确度方面与单纯应用高频彩色多普勒超声存在显著差异( P﹤0.05)。结论:高频彩色多普勒超声结合“萤火虫”技术在检出睾丸实质内微小钙化方面存在明显优势,对诊断TM的敏感性、特异性、精确度均高于二维高频超声,具有较大的临床推广价值。

Objective To observed the sonographic feature of high frequency color Doppler ultrasound in diagnosing testicular microlith-iasis,combined with“Firefly”imaging technique to show micro calcification in testis,compare with these two techniques in the diagnosis of testicular microlithiasis. Method 252 patients with scrotal ultrasonography were slected,observe sonographic features with high-frequency color Doppler,combined with“Firefly”imaging technology,focusing on whether there was micro calcification in testis. Results There was significant difference in sensitivity,specificity,accuracy for the diagnosis of testicular microlithiasis( P﹤0. 05),when high frequency color Doppler ultrasound combined with“Firefly”technology or not. Conclusion There is an obvious advantage in the detection of micro calcifi-cation when high frequency color Doppler ultrasound combined with“Firefly”technique,and it is more accurate than high frequency ultra-sound simple,which has a larger the clinical value.
