Taking a high-rise residential building project as an example,this paper introduced the application technology of post grouting bored pile,PHC pipe pile and other commonly used pile type in high-rise foundation,and combining with the project example analyzed the economics of each pile type,emphatically elaborated the advantages and disadvantages of each common pile,and gained the most suitable pile type for en-gineering.
