Through the description to the geographic situation of Xiangfen Tsinghua Yuan residential area,this paper analyzed the development condition of the land parcel,introduced the planning basis and principle of the project,and made system discussion to planning structure,space layout,function design,transportation planning and landscape planning strategies,in order to find a creative planning concept.
