世界大学城云平台具有资源共享、良性互动等特点，有利于利用其在新时代背景下开展课堂教学改革。结合《商务英语视听说》课程的特点，构建了融学、教、做三位一体的“立体化”课堂教学模式，包括基于世界大学城云平台营造立体化的教学环境；呈现融视、听、说一体的教学内容；形成立体化的课堂组织方式。将立体化教学模式引入高职商务英语视听说教学中，可以充分发挥网络教学优势、增强学生自主学习的有效性，提高学生听、说两项技能的能力。
