从研究国内外高等医学教学管理体制出发，分析了当前我国高等医学教学管理体制的现状与问题，发现我国现行的几种医学临床教学的管理体制各有利弊。各校应根据医学院和附属医院的发展现状，研究合理的运行机制，以提高附属医院在临床教学上的认识与质量。
從研究國內外高等醫學教學管理體製齣髮，分析瞭噹前我國高等醫學教學管理體製的現狀與問題，髮現我國現行的幾種醫學臨床教學的管理體製各有利弊。各校應根據醫學院和附屬醫院的髮展現狀，研究閤理的運行機製，以提高附屬醫院在臨床教學上的認識與質量。

From the inductive study of domestic and overseas medical higher education management system,this paper is to analyze the present situation and problems of China's current higher medical education management sys-tem and mechanism and summarize the advantages and disadvantages of several current clinical teaching manage-ment system.Universities should set an appropriate and reasonable mechanism according to the operation and devel-opment of their schools and affiliated hospitals,to improve the quality and understanding of clinical teaching in the affiliated hospitals.
