在英联邦学习共同体的倡议和支持下,发端于印度的农民终身学习项目秉持“源自农民、服务农民”的理念和目标,建立终身学习框架,通过倡导“民本”理念、强调正式和非正式知识资源间的联系、建立多方共赢模式、注重技术更新以及借力国际机构等举措,促进了发展中国家农民终身学习的可持续发展。“园艺知识革命的传递”作为子项目中的典范,充分体现该项目的理念、目标和运作模式,为我国推进农民终身学习提供了可供借鉴的经验。
在英聯邦學習共同體的倡議和支持下,髮耑于印度的農民終身學習項目秉持“源自農民、服務農民”的理唸和目標,建立終身學習框架,通過倡導“民本”理唸、彊調正式和非正式知識資源間的聯繫、建立多方共贏模式、註重技術更新以及藉力國際機構等舉措,促進瞭髮展中國傢農民終身學習的可持續髮展。“園藝知識革命的傳遞”作為子項目中的典範,充分體現該項目的理唸、目標和運作模式,為我國推進農民終身學習提供瞭可供藉鑒的經驗。
재영련방학습공동체적창의화지지하,발단우인도적농민종신학습항목병지“원자농민、복무농민”적이념화목표,건립종신학습광가,통과창도“민본”이념、강조정식화비정식지식자원간적련계、건립다방공영모식、주중기술경신이급차력국제궤구등거조,촉진료발전중국가농민종신학습적가지속발전。“완예지식혁명적전체”작위자항목중적전범,충분체현해항목적이념、목표화운작모식,위아국추진농민종신학습제공료가공차감적경험。
With the advocate and support of the learning community of commonwealth of learning ,farmers’ lifelong learning project originating in India upholdes the idea and goal of “from farmers , farmer service”, establishes lifelong learning framework .By advocating the people -oriented idea , emphasizing the relation between formal and informal knowledge resources ,establishing win-win model ,focusing on technology updates and leveraging the international institutions and other initiatives ,farmers’ lifelong learning project promotes the farmers’ sustainable development in developing countries . As a model of subproject , the“transfer for a horticultural revolution”fully embodies the idea , goal and operation model of the project ,which provides referenced experience and practice for China to promote farmers ’ lifelong learning .
