蒸汽凝结水的回收和利用不仅节能而且环保。回收凝结水可以节约软化水;回收二次蒸汽的热量可以减少因生产蒸汽而燃烧煤,进而减少硫化物和氮氧化物的排放。对北京方德精密化工设备有限公司为甘肃某卷烟厂设计的闭式凝结水回收系统进行经济效益计算,计算结果验证了该系统的节能效益。同时也为工业凝结水回收系统的设计、安装、管理等提供一定的参考。

The use and recovery of the condensate are obviously beneficial for both energy saving and environmental protection .Water can be saved by recovering condensate and the quantity of coal ,NO X and SO X can be decreased by recovering the thermal energy .Economic benefits of the condensate recovery system ,which was designed for a cigarette factory in Gansu province by Beijing Fineter Precision Steel Vessel Manufacture ,were calculated in this paper . The result would provide a reference for designing ,fixing and managing the condensate recovery system .
