针对阀控液压缸位置的精确控制,设计了一种基于单片机的 PID闭环控制系统。在Proteus软件中建立了该系统的硬件电路并进行了仿真研究,采用临界比例度法进行P ID参数的整定,有效地改善了控制系统的调节品质。Proteus软件能够通过硬件与软件联合调试仿真,在微机控制系统研究上比一般的仿真软件更加精确,为研究此类问题提供了一种较好的方法。
針對閥控液壓缸位置的精確控製,設計瞭一種基于單片機的 PID閉環控製繫統。在Proteus軟件中建立瞭該繫統的硬件電路併進行瞭倣真研究,採用臨界比例度法進行P ID參數的整定,有效地改善瞭控製繫統的調節品質。Proteus軟件能夠通過硬件與軟件聯閤調試倣真,在微機控製繫統研究上比一般的倣真軟件更加精確,為研究此類問題提供瞭一種較好的方法。

To achieve precise control of the position of hydraulic cylinder ,a digital valve position control system based on single-chip with PID loop control was designed .Hardware circuit of the system was built and simulation was carried out on the Proteus software .The proportion degree method was used in the tuning of PID parameters ,which effectively improved the regulation quality of the system .It is revealed that the Proteus software can provide co-simulation between the hardware and software .Being more accurate on the microcomputer control system than general simulation software , the Proteus software provides a better way in the study of such problems .
