随着幼儿教育的发展,幼儿教师素质和教学技能的提高越来越受到国家相关部门和教育机构的重视。在幼儿教师培训的过程中,出现了培训目标定位不准、培训内容针对性差、培训形式单一、工学矛盾等问题,需要通过了解幼儿教师的实际需求,开展合理有效的培训,切实提高他们的专业素质水平。
隨著幼兒教育的髮展,幼兒教師素質和教學技能的提高越來越受到國傢相關部門和教育機構的重視。在幼兒教師培訓的過程中,齣現瞭培訓目標定位不準、培訓內容針對性差、培訓形式單一、工學矛盾等問題,需要通過瞭解幼兒教師的實際需求,開展閤理有效的培訓,切實提高他們的專業素質水平。
수착유인교육적발전,유인교사소질화교학기능적제고월래월수도국가상관부문화교육궤구적중시。재유인교사배훈적과정중,출현료배훈목표정위불준、배훈내용침대성차、배훈형식단일、공학모순등문제,수요통과료해유인교사적실제수구,개전합리유효적배훈,절실제고타문적전업소질수평。
With the development of childhood education , the kindergarten teachers’ qualities and teaching skills are receiving more and more attention by state department and education institutions .In the process of training kindergarten teachers ,emerged the improper positioning of training objectives , the lack of specific in training content ,the single of training forms ,the contradiction of work and study . It needs to understand the actual needs of kindergarten teachers and carry out effective training ,that can effectively improve their professional quality level .
