教师培训必须结合教师实际的专业需求，幼儿园骨干教师是幼儿园教师群体的重要组成部分，他们有着特殊的专业发展需求。本文借“国培”之机，对来自云南省各个地区的100名幼儿园骨干教师进行培训需求问卷调查，分析结果，针对存在的问题提出相应的对策，以期促进幼儿园骨干教师的专业发展。

Teacher training should combine with the actual training needs of teachers .The backbone kindergarten teacher who has different training needs is an important part of kindergarten teachers .This paper took the opportunity of “the Chinese teacher training” ,researched 100 backbone kindergarten teachers from Yunnan province by questionnaires ,analyzed the results of the research ,and then put forward the countermeasures to solve the problems exposed in the study ,so as to promote the backbone kindergarten teachers’ training .
