分析了永磁传动技术在抽油机系统中应用的节能效果,首先阐述了永磁传动器系统构造与工作原理,根据其安装前后所采集的抽油机系统的生产参数对电机的转差率进行叠加并绘出其转矩特性曲线,分析悬点载荷和曲柄轴的运动规律,并研究抽油机系统的光杆功率和有功功率的变化特点,数据比对与分析结果表明,永磁传动器改善了抽油系统的动力性能,减少载荷和扭矩波动,降低了抽油机的驱动电机的装机功率,从理论分析和试验结果两方面证实了永磁传动技术在抽油机系统应用中的节能效果。
分析瞭永磁傳動技術在抽油機繫統中應用的節能效果,首先闡述瞭永磁傳動器繫統構造與工作原理,根據其安裝前後所採集的抽油機繫統的生產參數對電機的轉差率進行疊加併繪齣其轉矩特性麯線,分析懸點載荷和麯柄軸的運動規律,併研究抽油機繫統的光桿功率和有功功率的變化特點,數據比對與分析結果錶明,永磁傳動器改善瞭抽油繫統的動力性能,減少載荷和扭矩波動,降低瞭抽油機的驅動電機的裝機功率,從理論分析和試驗結果兩方麵證實瞭永磁傳動技術在抽油機繫統應用中的節能效果。

T he purpose of this article is to analyze the energy saving of drive technology for permanent magnet in the application of pumping systems . The system structure and working principle of permanent magnetic actuator are studied .According to the production parameters of pumping system collected before and after installation , the superimposed slip torque characteristic curve for the motor is drawn .The researchers also analyze the movement of rod load and the crank shaft ,study the changes for rod power and active power of pumping system and conduct the data comparison and analysis .Results show that the magnet actuator improves the dynamic performance of pumping system ,decreases the fluctuations of load and torque ,and reduces the installed power of drag motor .Theoretical analysis matches the experimental results , w hich confirms that applying the drive technology for permanent magnet in pumping system has a good energy saving effect .
