海流能是指海水流动所蕴含的动能,其主要利用方式是发电。探讨了海流能发展的现状和海流能发电技术的原理、适用条件、设计思路及可靠程度。对各相关技术的研究方向提出了切合实际的建议并进行了有意的探索。针对我国的国情,应重点开展海流能高效捕获机构、大比数增速机械传动装置、海底高压、高腐蚀情况下的动密封技术、发电装置基础结构和海上安装技术等5个方面的研究工作。
海流能是指海水流動所蘊含的動能,其主要利用方式是髮電。探討瞭海流能髮展的現狀和海流能髮電技術的原理、適用條件、設計思路及可靠程度。對各相關技術的研究方嚮提齣瞭切閤實際的建議併進行瞭有意的探索。針對我國的國情,應重點開展海流能高效捕穫機構、大比數增速機械傳動裝置、海底高壓、高腐蝕情況下的動密封技術、髮電裝置基礎結構和海上安裝技術等5箇方麵的研究工作。

Ocean Current Energy refers to the kinetic energy accumulating in water flows ,which is mainly used to generate electricity .The paper comprehensively introduces the present state of its development , the principles of power-producing techniques , the applying conditions , the designing constructions and its degree of reliability .Hence ,the proposals are put forward for the relevant core technologies to further its study .As for the situation of our country ,the author holds firmly that five keys should take the priority in the on-going study . T hey are the ocean current capturing machine of high efficiency ,huge-ratio gearing of up-speed machines ,the tech-nologies of kinetic airproof about high pressure and highly corrosive in the ocean bottom ,the base structure of electricity generation and the technology of marine installation .
