以2,6萘二甲酸二甲酯(NDC )与乙二醇(EG )为原料,醋酸锌为催化剂,在一定条件下,研究了合成2,6萘二甲酸乙二醇酯(BHEN )的酯交换反应条件及动力学规律。详述了反应温度、NDC与EG物质的量的比以及催化剂浓度等因素对酯交换反应的影响,确定了酯交换反应最优工艺条件:反应温度为210℃;n(NDC):n(EG)为1∶10;n(催化剂):n(NDC)为10×103。在不同反应温度下酯交换反应基本符合二级反应动力学规律,反应表观活化能为53.62 kJ/mol。

Reaction conditions of the transesterification and kinetics method of BHEN synthesis were investigated in the paper .BHEN could be prepared by NDC and EG with zinc acetate catalyst under certain conditions .The effects of the reaction temperature ,molar ratio of catalyst (to NDC) ,and the molar ratio between NDC and EG on transesterification were also discussed . The optimum conditions were acquired by orthogonal experiments :the reaction temperature was 210 ℃ ,the molar ratio between NDC and EG was 1∶10 ,the catalyst concentration was 10 × 10 -3 .In addition ,the kinetics of transesterification in different reaction temperatures was in a-greement with the secondary reaction kinetics , with the apparent activation energy as 53.62 kJ/mol .
