苏里格气田是典型的低压、低渗透、低丰度致密砂岩气藏,储层物性差,单井产量低,经济效益差。为提高该气田的开发效果和经济效益,通过不断探索和实践,结合储层特点和钻井作业条件,建立了一套适合该气田的以“方案设计最优化、工程技术模板化、施工作业流程化、作业规程标准化、资源利用综合化和队伍管理一体化”为核心的“井工厂”作业模式。方案设计最优化包括地质方案、钻井方案和压裂方案的优化;工程技术模板化包含“1+2+2”钻头选型及与之相配套的技术模板;施工作业流程化就是按照流程批量钻不同井段和分批次进行连续压裂作业;作业规程标准化是为工厂化钻完井与压裂制订标准化的作业规程。“井工厂”作业提高了苏53区块的作业效率,缩短了钻井周期,节约了生产成本,仅用210 d就完成了一个平台13口井(10口水平井、2口定向井和1口直井)的征地建井场、钻井、完井、压裂、试气和投产等工作,而且13口井经过大规模同步体积压裂改造,有效地提高了单井产量。
囌裏格氣田是典型的低壓、低滲透、低豐度緻密砂巖氣藏,儲層物性差,單井產量低,經濟效益差。為提高該氣田的開髮效果和經濟效益,通過不斷探索和實踐,結閤儲層特點和鑽井作業條件,建立瞭一套適閤該氣田的以“方案設計最優化、工程技術模闆化、施工作業流程化、作業規程標準化、資源利用綜閤化和隊伍管理一體化”為覈心的“井工廠”作業模式。方案設計最優化包括地質方案、鑽井方案和壓裂方案的優化;工程技術模闆化包含“1+2+2”鑽頭選型及與之相配套的技術模闆;施工作業流程化就是按照流程批量鑽不同井段和分批次進行連續壓裂作業;作業規程標準化是為工廠化鑽完井與壓裂製訂標準化的作業規程。“井工廠”作業提高瞭囌53區塊的作業效率,縮短瞭鑽井週期,節約瞭生產成本,僅用210 d就完成瞭一箇平檯13口井(10口水平井、2口定嚮井和1口直井)的徵地建井場、鑽井、完井、壓裂、試氣和投產等工作,而且13口井經過大規模同步體積壓裂改造,有效地提高瞭單井產量。

Sulige Gas Field is a typical tight gas reservoir ,w hich displays poor physical properties such as low-pressure ,low-permeability ,low-abundance ,low production rate for single well ,and poor economics . To improve production and economic benefit ,combined the gas-bearing characteristics with the drilling con-ditions ,and through continuous explorations and practices ,an applicable“factory drilling” model was insti-tuted .In this case ,“factory drilling”involved optimizing design of exploration and drilling operations ,stre-amlining engineering ,launching an assembly-line drilling operation ,standardizing regulations ,establishing a comprehensive utilization of resources and uniform and integrated crew management as its foundation .The optimized design included geology ,drilling and fracturing design .The engineering module included the PDC bit selection and matched technical modules .Assembly-line drilling operation involves batch drilling in the same section and continuous fracturing according to the situation .Standardized regulations involve the rules and protocols for factory drilling ,completion and fracturing .Factory drilling increased the operation effi-ciency ,shortened the drilling period and reduced costs in Block Su 53 .The operation of well site construc-tion ,drilling ,completion ,fracturing ,gas testing and production for 13 wells(10 horizontal wells ,two direc-tional wells and one vertical well )from one pad was finished in only 210 days .The single well recovery for 13 wells was increased significantlyusing the factory approach after large-volume simultaneous hydraulic fracturing .
