By introducing the concept of P2P credit development in the Internet finance, the paper analyzes the representative development status of the P2P network loan platform and its various legal risks. Then the paper uses domestic and foreign Internet financial theories to expound the realistic problems of P2P network loan platform in China, and puts forward a series of suggestions to perfect the legal system and to establish the Internet financial system.
