用水户间水权交易是实现区域水资源优化分配的有效途径。针对同一区域内不同行业用水户之间水权交易价格的制定及生态补偿机制问题开展研究，提出反映不同行业污染程度的用水户水权交易价格调整系数，并将其作为水权交易生态补偿主要因子，纳入到水权交易定价模型中，探索用水户间水权交易的生态补偿机制。

Water right trading between water users is an effective way to achieve optimal allocation of regional water resources . Studies on such problems as the setting of water rights trading price and the ecological compensation mechanism between different in -dustry water users within the same region , an user's water rights trading price adjustment coefficient has been brought up , which re-flects different pollution levels in different industries and is proposed as a major factor of ecological compensation in water rights trading and taken into the water right transaction pricing model to explore the ecological compensation mechanism of inter -user water rights trading .
