目的：了解航天从业人员吸烟与被动吸烟状况，为制定有针对性的控烟措施提供依据。方法采用自行设计的调查问卷，对1603名航天从业人员进行关于吸烟、被动吸烟状况调查。结果吸烟者463人，吸烟率为28．88％，男性吸烟率为51．04％，女性吸烟率为2．98％。被动吸烟者870人，被动吸烟率为54．27％，男性被动吸烟率为61．81％，女性被动吸烟率为45．47％。各工种吸烟率：工人33．68％，机关人员25．47％，技术人员27．39％，工人吸烟率最高，差异有统计学意义（ P＜0．01）。吸烟者吸烟史平均为（13．69±10．43）年，每日吸烟量平均为（13．47±8．99）支。开始吸烟的阶段为工作47．95％，在校47．73％，待业6．26％。55．72％首次吸烟受同学、同事影响。吸烟者中有戒烟意愿的占54．86％，戒烟成功率仅为3．02％，曾在戒烟门诊咨询的占2．59％。结论航天从业人员吸烟、被动吸烟率高，戒烟成功率低，采取有针对性的控烟措施非常必要。

목적：료해항천종업인원흡연여피동흡연상황，위제정유침대성적공연조시제공의거。방법채용자행설계적조사문권，대1603명항천종업인원진행관우흡연、피동흡연상황조사。결과흡연자463인，흡연솔위28．88％，남성흡연솔위51．04％，녀성흡연솔위2．98％。피동흡연자870인，피동흡연솔위54．27％，남성피동흡연솔위61．81％，녀성피동흡연솔위45．47％。각공충흡연솔：공인33．68％，궤관인원25．47％，기술인원27．39％，공인흡연솔최고，차이유통계학의의（ P＜0．01）。흡연자흡연사평균위（13．69±10．43）년，매일흡연량평균위（13．47±8．99）지。개시흡연적계단위공작47．95％，재교47．73％，대업6．26％。55．72％수차흡연수동학、동사영향。흡연자중유계연의원적점54．86％，계연성공솔부위3．02％，증재계연문진자순적점2．59％。결론항천종업인원흡연、피동흡연솔고，계연성공솔저，채취유침대성적공연조시비상필요。
Objective To investigate the smoking and passive smoking behaviors and influential factors in aerospace person -nel.Methods From February 2012 to August 2012,a questionnaire survey of smoking and passive smoking was conducted among 1, 603 aerospace personnel .Results The overall smoking and passive smoking rates were 28.88%and 54.27%, with males’ smoking and passive smoking rates of 51.04 %,61.81%and females’ rates of 2.57%and 45.47%.The smoking rate of workers , organ and technology personnel were 33.68%, 25.47%and 27.39%.The average situation smoking years were (13.69 ±10.43).The average number of daily cigarette consuming was (13.47 ±8.99).The first smoking were at work 47.95%, at school 47.73%, and on wait-ing for employment 6.26%.The remote cause of smoking was by classmates and colleagues .Among smokers, rate of wanting to quit smoking was 54.86%, but success rate was only 3.02%.Smokers looking for help from smoking abstaining clinic accounted for 2.59%only.Conclusions Smoking rates and passive smoking rates in aerospace personnel remain high and the success rates are low.The positive roles of smoking abstaining clinic are ignored .Therefore, integrated interventions must be performed .
