分析了空间矢量调制-直接转矩控制(SVM-DTC)策略的工作原理。以TMS320F2812为核心设计了三相异步电机的SVM-DTC系统,介绍了硬件电路的设计和软件实现方案,重点研究了根据母线电压和三相桥占空比计算电机三相电压的相电压重构方法及SVM的算法实现问题。实验结果表明,系统硬件设计合理,相电压重构方法及SVM算法的实现方法正确可行,系统具有良好的调速性能。

The operational principle of space vector modulation (SVM) in direct torque control (DTC) was analyzed.TMS320 F2812 was used as the core of the SVM-DTC system to control three-phase asynchronous motor.The design of the hardware circuit and software implementation scheme were introduced.The method of phase voltage reconstruction with the bus voltage and three bridge duty ratio to calculate three -phase volt-age was researched particularly.The problem of implementation of SVM algorithm was studied carefully.The experimental results showed that the design of system hardware was reasonable.The method of phase voltage reconstruction and the implementation of SVM algorithm are correct and feasible.SVM-DTC system of three-phase asynchronous motor has good speed adjusting performance.
