在航空变频电源供电下,航空异步电动机在额定状态时或低频供电时存在磁路饱和的现象,一定程度的饱和有利于提高电磁转矩,但是过度饱和将导致电机定子电流出现畸变及谐波,异步电机生成的谐波电流将对飞机供电系统的电能质量产生不利影响。采用一台在115 V/600 Hz电源供电下的鼠笼式异步电机模型进行有限元仿真,分别计算齿部、轭部以及气隙磁密增大情况所产生的电流饱和谐波,分析饱和时的气隙磁密、齿部及轭部磁密,采用傅里叶变换计算饱和电流谐波,从而建立电流谐波分量与不同饱和情况的关系,通过比较三种饱和情况生成的电流谐波分量,提出抑制高次电流谐波的设计思路。

Aero induction machines are magnetically saturated when working with aero variable-frequency power.The magnetic saturation of induction machines provide useful magnetic torque while over saturation will result in stator current distortion and accordingly harmonic components.The harmonic current from ma-chines makes negative effect on aircraft distribution power system.A induction machine model , supplied with 115 V/600 Hz, was used for FEA approach to calculate three different saturation current due to saturat-ed teeth, yoke and air gap respectively.By analyzing the flux density of air gap , teeth and yoke, calculating current harmonics with Fourier decomposition , the relation between current harmonic and saturation was built.The current harmonics were compared among three saturation situations.The conclusion suggested the design way to limit high-order current harmonic components.
