Loganin,an important iro doid,was usually isolated from Cornus officinalis Sieb,et Zucc. and Lonicera chrysatha Thunb.. The 1H and 13C NMR chemical shifts of loganin were completely assigned by using a combination of 1D NMR(1H,13C NMR and DEPT)and 2D NMR(1H- 1H COSY,HSQC,HMBC and NOESY)techniques, especially its stereoscopic strcture was studied with NOESY.
