目的:分析青少年女性GD患者131 I治疗前、治疗后3~6、9~12个月的BMD变化情况。方法收集确诊为GD于我科进行131 I治疗且治疗后3~6个月甲亢达临床治愈标准的青少年女性患者51例,分别于治疗前、治疗后3~6个月、9~12个月采用lunar Prodigy型全身型双能X线骨密度测定仪测定全身骨(除颅骨)、正位腰椎L1~L4、双侧股骨近端(股骨颈、Wards三角、全髋) BDM值,与同期招募的30例年龄、身高、体重、种族、生活习惯、钙摄入情况等相匹配的健康青少年女性各部位BMD值结果进行比较分析。结果青少年女性GD患者BMD值在131 I治疗前与健康对照组差异具有统计学意义,治疗后3~6个月其BMD值恢复不明显,9~12个月时可恢复至正常水平。结论青少年女性GD患者存在不同程度的骨量丢失甚至出现骨质疏松症,应尽快有效控制甲亢病情或临床治愈甲亢,可短期有效逆转对其骨骼代谢的影响。

Objective To analyze the changes of bone mineral density ( BMD ) in adolescent girls with Graves′disease at different sites such as before 131 I therapy, 3~6 months and 9~12 months after treatment.Methods We use a Lunar Prodigy Dual Energy X -Ray Absorptiometry ( DEXA) to measure the BMD of total body ( the head ROI removed from analysis ) ,lumbar vertebra 1~4 and bilateral proximal femur (femoral neck,Wards triangle, total hip) for 51 adolescent girls with Graves′disease who acquired clini-cal cure at the time of 3~6 months after 131 I therapy .at different sites such as before 131 I therapy , 3~6 months and 9~12 months after treatment .And the results were also compared with the BMD values in 30 healthy adolescent girls who with the matched period age , height, weight, race, lifestyle, and calcium intake.Results The BMD of GD girls before 131 I therapy have statistically significant differences with healthy control girls .And 3~6 months after 131 I treatment ,the BMD values recovery is not obvious , but 9~12 months after 131 I treatment , the BMD values can recover to normal lev-el.Conclusions The adolescent girls with Graves′disease have different degree of bone mass loss and even osteoporo-sis, but the BMD can resume to normal in a short period of time after control or clinical cure of hyperthyroidism .
