目的:研究茶多酚对小鼠心肌缺血/再灌注损伤( MIRI)过程中炎性细胞因子与氧自由基的影响,探讨茶多酚减轻MIRI的机制。方法30只雄性C57BL/6小鼠被随机分为3组:(1)对照组;(2)心肌缺血/再灌注模型组(MIRI组);(3)茶多酚组。以上三组小鼠分别于MIRI手术后2 h收获标本,分别测定小鼠血清白细胞介素6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-α)、髓过氧化物酶活性(MPO)、血清丙二醛(MDA)与超氧化物岐化酶(SOD)含量。结果茶多酚可显著降低小鼠血清IL -6、TNF-α、MPO水平( P<0.01),减少MDA 含量( P<0.01)并提高SOD活性( P<0.01)。结论茶多酚可能通过减轻炎性细胞因子的聚集与浸润以及降低氧自由基的产生来减轻心肌缺血再灌注损伤。

목적:연구다다분대소서심기결혈/재관주손상( MIRI)과정중염성세포인자여양자유기적영향,탐토다다분감경MIRI적궤제。방법30지웅성C57BL/6소서피수궤분위3조:(1)대조조;(2)심기결혈/재관주모형조(MIRI조);(3)다다분조。이상삼조소서분별우MIRI수술후2 h수획표본,분별측정소서혈청백세포개소6(IL-6)、종류배사인자(TNF-α)、수과양화물매활성(MPO)、혈청병이철(MDA)여초양화물기화매(SOD)함량。결과다다분가현저강저소서혈청IL -6、TNF-α、MPO수평( P<0.01),감소MDA 함량( P<0.01)병제고SOD활성( P<0.01)。결론다다분가능통과감경염성세포인자적취집여침윤이급강저양자유기적산생래감경심기결혈재관주손상。
Objective To study the effects of tea polyphenols on myocardial ischemia /reperfusion injury ( MIRI) in mouse on the process of inflammatory cytokines and the influence of oxygen free radicals , and explore the mechanism of tea polyphenols reduce MIRI.Methods Thirty male C57BL/6 mouses were randomized into 3 group ①Sham opera-tion group;②MIRI group;③Tea polyphenols group.The above three groups of mouses harvested specimens after sur-gery 2 hours respectively, were determined serum interleukin -6(IL-6), tumor necrosis factor (TNF-a), myeloper-oxidase( MPO) activity, serum malondialdehyde ( MDA) and superoxide enzyme ( SOD) content in disproportion-ation.Results Tea polyphenols can significantly decreased the mouse serum IL -6, TNF-a, MPO level (P<0.01), reduced MDA content ( P<0.01 ) and increased SOD activity ( P<0.01 ) .Conclusions Tea polyphenols may be re-ducedg inflammatory cytokines gathered and infiltration , and reduced the generation of oxygen free radicals to alleviate myocardial ischemia -reperfusion injury.
