实施教考分离是评价教师教学质量和学生学习效果的有效手段，对教师的教学和学生的学习均具有良好的促进作用。我们在中药药理学教学实践中，重新制定了考试大纲，建立了考试题库，在教考分离教改实践中取得了较好的效果，测试结果显示学生考试成绩基本符合正态分布，可较好地反映教师的教学情况和学生的学习情况。

Implementation of Teaching-Examination Separation is an effective way to evaluate the quality of teach-ing and student learning outcomes , and promoting both the teaching skills for teachers and the learning for students.During our teaching practice in Pharmacology of Traditional Chinese Medicine ,we re-established the exam syllabus,rebuilt the test item bank , and achieved good results in the practice of Teaching-Examination Separa-tion.The test results show that students′test scores are in line with the normal distribution ,and may better reflect the situations of teachers′teaching and students′learning.
