前列腺癌是男性癌症患者中最常见的疾病之一，对晚期前列腺癌症的治疗方法常见的是雄激素阻断疗法，而促黄体激素释放激素的发现为雄激素阻断疗法开辟了新的道路。本文综述了各类促黄体激素释放激素类似物在抗肿瘤方面的应用，并讨论其作用机制。

Prostate cancer is one of the most common cancer among men.Commonly ,the patients with advanced-prostate cancer are treated with androgen deprivation therapy.The discovery of luteinizing hormone-releasing hormone opens up a new window of androgen deprivation therapy.In this paper ,we reviewed a series of luteinizing hormone-re-leasing hormone analogs with antitumor activity ,and the mechanism of action was also discussed.
