目的:建立黄葵胶囊中槲皮素含量的测定方法。方法高效液相色谱法。采用Symmetry C18柱(3.9mm ×150mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-水(25∶75),检测波长为254nm。结果本法线性关系良好,平均加样回收率为96.3%。结论本法简便、准确,可用于测定黄葵胶囊中槲皮素的含量。

목적:건립황규효낭중곡피소함량적측정방법。방법고효액상색보법。채용Symmetry C18주(3.9mm ×150mm,5μm),류동상위갑순-수(25∶75),검측파장위254nm。결과본법선성관계량호,평균가양회수솔위96.3%。결론본법간편、준학,가용우측정황규효낭중곡피소적함량。
OBJECTIVE To establish a HPLC method for the determination of quercetin in Huangkui cap-sules.METHODS The Symmetry C18 column of 3.9mm ×150mm,5μm was used.The mobile phase consisted of methanol-water(25∶75).The detective wavelength was 254nm.RESULTS The Linearity of this method was well with the average recovery of 96.3%.CONCLUSION The method is simple and accurate.It can be used for the determination of the contents of quercetin in Huangkui capsules.
