采用油茶籽饼粕为原料提取油茶籽饼粕多糖,应用响应面分析法优化油茶籽饼粕多糖的提取工艺。在单因素分析的基础上,研究不同料液比、时间、温度对多糖得率的影响。结果表明:油茶籽饼粕多糖提取的最佳工艺条件是提取温度83.8℃、料液比1∶31.2( m∶v )、提取时间13.3min,该条件下测得多糖得率为8.44%。

Camellia oleifera seed dregs were used as raw material to extract the polysaccharides ,Response surface methodology ( RSM) was used to the optimization of extraction process of polysaccharides from Camellia oleifera seed dregs.Based on the single factor analysis ,the effects of the different factors were considered such as solid-liquid rati-os,times and temperatures on the yield of polysaccharides.The results showed that the optimum processing conditions for extraction of polysaccharides from the Camellia oleifera seed dregs were as followThe yield of polysaccharides was 8.44%,at 83.8℃of an extraction temperature;a solid-liquid ratio was 1∶31.2 ( m∶v);and an extraction time was 123.3 min,respectively.
