Flucloxacillin sodium%Microcapsule%Sodium alginate%Chitosan
目的:制备氟氯西林钠微囊并研究其特性。方法利用高压静电法制备氟氯西林钠微囊,对制成微囊的形态、包封率、载药量以及体外溶出度进行观察检测。结果所制氟氯西林钠微囊球形度圆整,表面有凹陷少许,平均粒径220μm载药量58.57%,包封率达96.97%,8 h时体外累积溶出百分率达80%以上。结论微囊制备工艺稳定、可行,质控方法简单,粒径分布及溶出符合氟氯西林钠的用药要求。

목적:제비불록서림납미낭병연구기특성。방법이용고압정전법제비불록서림납미낭,대제성미낭적형태、포봉솔、재약량이급체외용출도진행관찰검측。결과소제불록서림납미낭구형도원정,표면유요함소허,평균립경220μm재약량58.57%,포봉솔체96.97%,8 h시체외루적용출백분솔체80%이상。결론미낭제비공예은정、가행,질공방법간단,립경분포급용출부합불록서림납적용약요구。
OBJECTIVE To prepare the flucloxacillin sodium microcapsule and studies its fea-tures.METHODS High voltage electrostatic method was used to prepare flucloxacillin sodium microcapsule.The microencapsulated morphology ,entrapment efficiency ,drug loading and release in vitro were observed.RESULTS The prepared flucloxacillin sodium microcapsule had rounded shape ,and some little pits in the surface.The average particle size was 220um,drug loading was 58.57%,encapsulation rate was 96.97%,8h in vitro accumulative release percentage was above 80%.CONCLUSION The microcapsules preparation technology is stable and feasible , the quality control method is simple ,the particle size distribution and leaching meet the medication requirement of flu-cloxacillin sodium.
