针对某工业废水处理厂采用凸轮泵进行污泥输送存在能源浪费的问题,对污泥管道输送阻力特性进行了研究。通过试验及模拟测试,建立了污泥粘度与浓度的关系式模型,同时对均质条件下的污泥传输,选择了合理的污泥输送临界雷诺数计算模型及污泥输送摩阻损失计算模型,经水力分析提出了取消凸轮泵而采用重力输送污泥的方案。工程实践验证,该改造方案技术可行,且可节约凸轮泵的耗电费用。

To address the problem of wasting energy during the sludge transmission driven by cam pump in an industrial wastewater treatment plant ,this paper studied the resistance characteris-tic in the sludge pipe transmission .Through the experiment and modeling test ,the relationship model between the sludge viscosity and concentration was set up .Meanwhile ,the proper calcula-tion models for the sludge transmission critical Reynolds number and the friction loss due to sludge transmission resistance were selected for the sludge transmission in homogeneous situation . Through hydraulic analysis ,the gravity transmission plan was accepted to take place of cam pump sludge transmission .The engineering practice showed that this modification plan was technically feasible and could save the electric cost .
