目的:探讨艾滋病患者不同方式服药依从性教育的效果,为开展艾滋病患者依从性教育提供参考。方法将符合条件高效抗反转录病毒治疗的120例艾滋病患者随机分成对照组,依从性教育A组、B组共三组,每组40例。其中,对照组由医务人员对患者进行服药依从性教育;A组在与对照组一致的依从性教育的基础上,同时进行同伴教育;B组在与对照组一致的依从性教育的基础上,家属对患者进行依从性教育及关爱。随访1年,比较不同组别患者的服药依从性。结果对照组、A组、B组依从性达到95%以上的百分比分别是82.5%、85%、100%,三组依从性比较差异有显著性(P<0.01),B组的依从性优于对照组和A组。结论采用医务人员、家庭成员联合对患者进行服药依从性教育方式成效显著,值得推荐。

목적:탐토애자병환자불동방식복약의종성교육적효과,위개전애자병환자의종성교육제공삼고。방법장부합조건고효항반전록병독치료적120례애자병환자수궤분성대조조,의종성교육A조、B조공삼조,매조40례。기중,대조조유의무인원대환자진행복약의종성교육;A조재여대조조일치적의종성교육적기출상,동시진행동반교육;B조재여대조조일치적의종성교육적기출상,가속대환자진행의종성교육급관애。수방1년,비교불동조별환자적복약의종성。결과대조조、A조、B조의종성체도95%이상적백분비분별시82.5%、85%、100%,삼조의종성비교차이유현저성(P<0.01),B조적의종성우우대조조화A조。결론채용의무인원、가정성원연합대환자진행복약의종성교육방식성효현저,치득추천。
Objective To understand the effect of adherence education of different modes in AIDS patients, and to provide better adherence education mode for AIDS patients. Method Randomly divided 120 cases of AIDS patients who matched conditions of taking HAART into 3 groupcontrol group, compliance education A group,B group . Control group compliance education to patients by medical personnel;A group in line with the control group on the basis of adherence education and peer education;B-group with a control group of compliance on the basis of educa-tion, on compliance of patient education and caring for family members, and 1 year of follow-up, medication com-pliance in patients with different constituencies. Result In control group, A group, B group, compliance percentage above 95% were 82. 5%,85%,100% separately,comparison group 3 compliance were difference (P<0. 01), B group compliance is better than the control group and A group. Conclusion The mode of adherence education given by medical staff and family members for patients received the best effect and it’ s worth recommending.
