The basic practices of the self-purchase vaccine subsidy in intensive swine farms in Hainan province were introduced in the article,including working out the pilot implementation programs,selecting pilot farms and checking and delivering the subsidy. The existing problems were summarized,such as lack of special fund,low subsidy, overelaborate procedure in application and difficult approval,and finally the relevant suggestions for self-purchased vaccine subsidy were proposed.
