本文以凸轮摆式剪切机中的凸轮剪切机构为研究对象,对摆动从动件共轭凸轮机构进行理论分析,在3维CAD 软件Solidworks中建立凸轮机构模型。以ADAMS的碰撞仿真理论为基础,对机构进行动力学仿真分析,得出凸轮与摆杆之间接触力、凸轮主轴所受力以及凸轮与摆杆之间间隙随凸轮转动的变化规律曲线,并对凸轮与摆杆之间的共轭情况进行了分析。本文对摆动从动件共轭凸轮机构的合理设计和结构参数的优化设计具有一定的参考价值。
本文以凸輪襬式剪切機中的凸輪剪切機構為研究對象,對襬動從動件共軛凸輪機構進行理論分析,在3維CAD 軟件Solidworks中建立凸輪機構模型。以ADAMS的踫撞倣真理論為基礎,對機構進行動力學倣真分析,得齣凸輪與襬桿之間接觸力、凸輪主軸所受力以及凸輪與襬桿之間間隙隨凸輪轉動的變化規律麯線,併對凸輪與襬桿之間的共軛情況進行瞭分析。本文對襬動從動件共軛凸輪機構的閤理設計和結構參數的優化設計具有一定的參攷價值。

In this article, the cam shearing mechanism of pendulum shear machine was researched and theoretical analysis of conjugate cam with oscillating roller follower was carried out. Cam mechanism model was made in Solidworks. Kinematics simulation analysis which based on ADAMS contact simulation theory was carried out on the model. Then we can acquire the following curves changing with the cam rotation which includes contact force between the cam and rocker, force on the cam spindle and gaps between cam and rocker. In this paper, author analyzed conjugate condition between cam and oscillating roller follower, and provides a certain reference for reasonable design and structural parameters optimization design of conjugate cam mechanism with oscillating follower.
