国家有关部门和社会各界对高校学生的要求已经不仅仅局限于专业技能和专业知识，更是要求高校学生有良好的身体素质。因而，为了使学生真正的实现德智体美劳全面发展，高校就要注重对学生的体育教学方法的推广和改进，形成一套尊重个性又能充分发挥实效的教学方法。本文对在高校中实施个性化教学的必要性和实施过程中的问题和相关的对策等。

The requirement for college graduates from both government and society is not only about specific skills and knowledge,but also about physical quality.To realize student’s all-round development,higher education institutions should pay more attention to the spread-over and adjustment of physical education teaching method, and to establish a teaching system which not only respect personalities but also have practical effect to teaching. This paper mainly discusses problems and solutions in application of individualized teaching methods.
