研究了95W钨基高密度合金产品内部质量检测技术。研究发现:采用超声纵波和横波检测方法对不同孔深和孔径进行无损检测,可以检出Ф0.4mm平底孔当量超声波缺陷,且Ф0.6mm以上的缺陷可以稳定检出。
研究瞭95W鎢基高密度閤金產品內部質量檢測技術。研究髮現:採用超聲縱波和橫波檢測方法對不同孔深和孔徑進行無損檢測,可以檢齣Ф0.4mm平底孔噹量超聲波缺陷,且Ф0.6mm以上的缺陷可以穩定檢齣。

The Non-destructive testing technology of high-density alloy 95W product was studied. We found the defect with diameter 0.4mm could be detected and the defect bigger than 0.6mm could be detected stably by ultrasonic longitudinal wave and transverse wave when the holes with different depth and diameter were tested.
