目的：观察针刺结合聪耳息鸣汤治疗耳鸣的临床疗效。方法将160例耳鸣患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，每组各80例；对照组采用聪耳息鸣汤治疗，治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上结合针刺治疗，治疗四周后观察疗效，比较两组患者治疗前后的临床症状积分和总的临床疗效。结果治疗后两组患者的临床症状积分与治疗前相比差异具有统计学意义（P 驥0.05），且治疗后组间比较差异具有统计学意义（P 驥0.05），治疗组优于对照组；在总的临床疗效方面，治疗组总有效率为87.5%，对照组为67.5%，经统计学比较差异有统计学意义（P 驥0.05）治疗组优于对照组。结论针刺结合聪耳息鸣汤治疗耳鸣疗效确切，具有实际使用价值。
목적：관찰침자결합총이식명탕치료이명적림상료효。방법장160례이명환자수궤분위치료조화대조조，매조각80례；대조조채용총이식명탕치료，치료조재대조조치료적기출상결합침자치료，치료사주후관찰료효，비교량조환자치료전후적림상증상적분화총적림상료효。결과치료후량조환자적림상증상적분여치료전상비차이구유통계학의의（P 기0.05），차치료후조간비교차이구유통계학의의（P 기0.05），치료조우우대조조；재총적림상료효방면，치료조총유효솔위87.5%，대조조위67.5%，경통계학비교차이유통계학의의（P 기0.05）치료조우우대조조。결론침자결합총이식명탕치료이명료효학절，구유실제사용개치。
Objective To observe the clinical effection of tinnitus by acupuncture combined with Cong'erximing (hearing ear stopping singing) Decoction. Methods 160 patients with tinnitus were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, 80 cases in each group;Control group adopts the treatment of Cong'erximing Decoction ,treatment group on the basis of control group therapy combined with acupuncture treatment, after four weeks' treatment, compared two groups before and after treatment in patients with clinical symp-tom integral and the total clinical curative effect. Results Two groups after treatment compared with before treatment of the patient's clinical symptoms integral differences statistical y significant ( P<0.05), and comparing differences between treatment group with statistical significance (P<0.05), the treatment group is better than the control group; In terms of the total clinical curative effect , treatment group total effective rate was 87.5%, the control group was 67.5%, by statistical comparison difference was statistical y significant ( P<0.05). Conclusion Acupuncture combined with Cong'erximing Decoction is valueable in tinnitus ,and is worthing of clinical application.
