目的：观察三芪汤治疗椎-基底动脉供血不足性眩晕的临床疗效。方法选取椎-基底动脉供血不足性眩晕患者90例，随机分为治疗组45例，对照组45例。对照组予以长春西汀联合倍他司汀，治疗组在对照组基础上加用三芪汤。两组均治疗7天。结果治疗组有效率95.56%，对照组有效率86.67%。治疗组优于对照组（P驥0.05）。结论三芪汤对椎-基底动脉供血不足性眩晕有较好的疗效。
목적：관찰삼기탕치료추-기저동맥공혈불족성현훈적림상료효。방법선취추-기저동맥공혈불족성현훈환자90례，수궤분위치료조45례，대조조45례。대조조여이장춘서정연합배타사정，치료조재대조조기출상가용삼기탕。량조균치료7천。결과치료조유효솔95.56%，대조조유효솔86.67%。치료조우우대조조（P기0.05）。결론삼기탕대추-기저동맥공혈불족성현훈유교호적료효。
Objective It is to observe the curative effect of Sanqi Decoction on Vertigo induced by Vertebrobasilar arterial insufficiency. Methods Col ected 90 cases of Vertigo induced by Vertebrobasilar arterial insufficiency. They were randomly divided into treatment group (45 cases) and control group (45 cases) .The control group treated with Vinpocetine and Betahistine. In additional to Vinpoce-tine and Betahistine , the treatment group were added Sanqi Decoction. The course was 7 days. Results The total effective rate of 95.56% in the treatment group , and 86.67% in the control group. The treatment group is better than the control ( P<0.05) . Con-clusion Sanqi Decoction can effectively inhibit the acute onset of Vertigo induced by Vertebrobasilar arterial insufficiency.
