目的：探讨坤泰胶囊对子宫切除术后患者卵巢功能损伤的作用。方法选取未绝经进行腹腔镜下全子宫切除术的患者84例，分为治疗组40例，对照组44例。治疗组术后第七天开始口服坤泰胶囊，每次4粒，3次/日；对照组术后避免服用任何对卵巢功能有影响的药物。比较两组术后3月的雌二醇（E2）、促卵泡激素（FSH）、促黄体生成素（LH）水平，术后1年再次复查雌二醇（E2）、促卵泡激素（FSH）、促黄体生成素（LH）并进行Kupperman 评分。结果治疗组E2水平明显高于对照组（P 驥0.05）， FSH、 LH水平及Kupperman评分明显低于对照组（P 驥0.05）。结论坤泰胶囊可改善全子宫切除术后患者卵巢功能，降低术后卵巢功能损伤，缓解围绝经期症状。
목적：탐토곤태효낭대자궁절제술후환자란소공능손상적작용。방법선취미절경진행복강경하전자궁절제술적환자84례，분위치료조40례，대조조44례。치료조술후제칠천개시구복곤태효낭，매차4립，3차/일；대조조술후피면복용임하대란소공능유영향적약물。비교량조술후3월적자이순（E2）、촉란포격소（FSH）、촉황체생성소（LH）수평，술후1년재차복사자이순（E2）、촉란포격소（FSH）、촉황체생성소（LH）병진행Kupperman 평분。결과치료조E2수평명현고우대조조（P 기0.05）， FSH、 LH수평급Kupperman평분명현저우대조조（P 기0.05）。결론곤태효낭가개선전자궁절제술후환자란소공능，강저술후란소공능손상，완해위절경기증상。
Objective To investigate the effects of Kun Tai Capsule on ovarian dysfunction in Hysterectomy patients. Methods 84 Pre-menopausal paints with Laparoscopic hysterectomy were divided into Treatment group of 40 and Control group of 44. The seventh day after surgery in Treatment group started to oral Kuntai Capsule, tid (four capsules each time) . Control group avoided taking any drug influenced ovarian function. Compared the levels of estradiol (E2), fol icle stimulating hormone (FSH) , luteinizing hormone (LH) in the two groups at the 3-month point after surgery , and reviewed again after one year and scored with Kupperman. Results the level of estradiol (E2) in treatment group were significantly higher than control group ( P<0.05) . the level of fol icle stimulating hor-mone (FSH) and luteinizing hormone (LH) in treatment group were significantly lower than control group ( P<0.05) . Conclusion Kuntai Capsule could improve the ovarian function of the patients with hysterectomy, and reduce the ovarian dysfunction after surgery , and relieve symptoms in perimenopause.
