预制构件混凝土生产与现浇结构具有共通性，同时也有一定程度的区别。通过对西安三星半导体厂房新建项目中预制构件生产中混凝土工程有关管理控制内容的整体梳理，将预制构件实际生产过程中出现的问题及解决办法进行了综合分析和总结，为国内其他预制构件生产项目提供了理论支持和实施经验。

There is a commonness in the precast component production and cast-in-place concrete component production,meanwhile their have some difference. Through the management control of precast components for Samsung semi-conductor workshop,the problems and solutions of precast components that are encountered in the production process are analyzed and concluded. It is a theoretical support and construction experience for the other precast components in China.
