以沿海软土地层内的电缆隧道工程为研究背景,采用基于位移控制法( DCM)的有限元法分析顶管隧道穿越施工对内含塑料排水板的高速公路路基的影响规律。建立了隧道与高速公路路基的三维有限元模型,用DCM法模拟隧道开挖引起地层变形,并对路基沉降大小和塑料排水板受力进行预测。针对塑料排水板的特点对施工方法加以改进,现场监测结果表明该改进工法达到破除塑料排水板、控制路基沉降的目的。

Based on a cable tunnel project in littoral soft soil layer, this paper simulated the process of the pipe-jacking tunnel crossing the highway subgrade with plastic drainage boards by finite element method with displacement control method ( DCM) . The finite element model of the tunnel and highway subgrade is established,the tunnel excavation settlement is simulated with DCM, and settlement of subgrade and force of plastic drainage boards are predicted. Construction method was modified according to characteristics of plastic drainage boards. Field monitoring results show that the modified construction method effectively breaks plastic drainage boards and controls subgrade settlement.
