衬砌开裂是高速公路隧道重要病害之一,穿越软弱片岩区的某高速公路隧道衬砌开裂现象严重,给隧道的安全施工与运营带来隐患;以该高速公路上某隧道为研究对象,利用现场监测、勘察资料结合室内试验结果,得出导致该区域衬砌开裂的主要因素:地下水、软岩蠕变和地形偏压。并依据实例针对性地给出了防治措施,取得了较好的处理效果。

Lining cracking is a important disease of highway tunnel. The tunnel in a highway appeared serious lining cracking phenomenon, which induced many problems to the safety of the tunnel construction and operation. This article takes a tunnel as study object, using the on-site monitoring, survey data and the results of laboratory experiments, the main factors which caused the lining cracking are put forward, including groundwater, soft rock creep and terrain bias. Based on some practical examples, some control measures are taken, and a good treatment effect is obtained.
