高层建筑转换梁质量通常在百吨以上,施工时搭设模板支撑十分困难。引入等效均布活荷载概念,通过有限元法计算双向板在受到转换梁模板支撑的局部荷载时的绝对最大弯矩;按照《建筑结构荷载规范》GB50009-2012计算荷载有效分布宽度,并计算等效均布活荷载。利用计算结果指导模板支撑搭设,解决在多少宽度及层数范围搭设传递支撑的问题,并通过改进的荷载传递支撑法来确保施工安全、经济、快捷。

The weight of transfer beam in a tall building is estimated to reach a hundred tons easily,so it hard to set up formwork support system. The concept of equivalent uniformly distributed live load is introduced in this paper. The formwork supporting system of transfer beam exerts local load on the lower floors, and finite element method is used to calculate the absolute maximum bending moment of two-direction slab. The load effective distribute width and equivalent uniformly distributed live load are calculated according to Load code for the design of building structures. Using the computed results, the set up width and scope of formwork supporting system are become clear. This method can solve the construction problem of transfer beam safely, economically and efficiently.
