A stadium is a complex structure, which has plenty of variable cross-section with inclined components, so the construction is very difficult. With the successful application of fair-faced concrete, a conclusion has been obtained which includes the difficulties, the designs, the measures and the cautions of variable cross-section inclined components based on fair-faced concrete. Moreover, the plug of split bolt has been successfully developed as well as the improvement of the internal support, which has a significant influence on similar fair-faced concrete construction of variable cross-section inclined components.
