针对成都双流国际机场T2航站楼对混凝土的技术性能要求,进行了C40高性能混凝土的试验研究,研制出28d收缩率43×10-6,180d收缩率215×10-6,静弹性模量3?02×104 MPa,抗裂性能达到L-V级的C40高性能混凝土,并在工程中成功应用。该混凝土各项性能均满足工程设计要求,质量良好。

Based on the technical performance requirements of the concrete for Chengdu Shuangliu International Airport terminal 2, the C40 high performance concrete was studied and prepared, The 28-day and 180-day shrinkage and static elastic modulus of the concrete respectively were 43 × 10 -6 , 215 × 10 -6 MPa and 3?02 × 104 MPa. And its crack resistance reached L-V level. The successful application proved that all the performance of the concrete perfectly met the requirements of the engineering design.
