通过对碱地肤苗进行盐、碱处理,测定其各部位有机酸的含量,探讨了碱地肤抵抗盐碱环境的有机酸积累特点。结果表明,碱地肤不同部位的4种有机酸的含量明显不同,而草酸是经盐、碱处理后茎叶部分积累的主要有机酸。
通過對堿地膚苗進行鹽、堿處理,測定其各部位有機痠的含量,探討瞭堿地膚牴抗鹽堿環境的有機痠積纍特點。結果錶明,堿地膚不同部位的4種有機痠的含量明顯不同,而草痠是經鹽、堿處理後莖葉部分積纍的主要有機痠。

Kochia seedlings alkali salt, alkali treatment, Determination of organic acids in its various parts, explores the alkali resistant kochia saline environment characterized by the accumulation of organic acids. The results showed that the alkali content of four kinds of organic acids in different parts of Kochia significantly different, and oxalic acid is through the salt, alkali treatment after part of the main stem and leaf accumulation of organic acids.
