目的：探讨加强护理专业药事管理学继续教育的新模式。方法顺应护士部门轮岗计划，配备高、中级护师，案例化带教。结果该教育模式下，护士学得会、用得好，为以后固定岗位的工作，扎下坚实基础。结论该教育模式适合部门轮岗时的药事管理学继续教育。
목적：탐토가강호리전업약사관이학계속교육적신모식。방법순응호사부문륜강계화，배비고、중급호사，안례화대교。결과해교육모식하，호사학득회、용득호，위이후고정강위적공작，찰하견실기출。결론해교육모식괄합부문륜강시적약사관이학계속교육。
Objective To explore a new model to strengthen nursing continuing education on pharmacy administration.Methods According to nurses sector rotation plan , teaching with case was equipped with senior and intermediate nurse .Results In this mode of education , nurse made full use of what they had learned ,which pitched a solid foundation for work of fixed positions .Conclusions The education model is suitable for continuing education on pharmacy administration during rotation .
