目的:观察甲状腺激素替代治疗甲状腺功能减退症的临床疗效及对血脂和心肌酶谱的影响,指导临床合理治疗。方法选择符合入组标准的70例甲状腺功能减退症患者作为观察对象,所有患者均给予左旋甲状腺素替代治疗,治疗4周,治疗前后检测血脂指标( TC、TG、LDL-C)、心肌酶谱( AST、CK、LDH、HBDH)以及甲状腺功能( FT3、FT4、TSH)。结果治疗后血脂指标( TC、TG、LDL-C)、心肌酶谱(AST、CK、LDH、HBDH)、TSH较治疗前明显降低,差异具有统计学意义(均P<0.05),治疗后FT3、FT4较治疗前明显升高,差异均具有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论甲状腺激素替代治疗甲状腺功能减退症能够有效改善甲状腺功能,血清心肌酶及血脂水平可显著下降,可作为甲状腺功能减退症伴有血脂、心肌酶升高患者的首选用药。

목적:관찰갑상선격소체대치료갑상선공능감퇴증적림상료효급대혈지화심기매보적영향,지도림상합리치료。방법선택부합입조표준적70례갑상선공능감퇴증환자작위관찰대상,소유환자균급여좌선갑상선소체대치료,치료4주,치료전후검측혈지지표( TC、TG、LDL-C)、심기매보( AST、CK、LDH、HBDH)이급갑상선공능( FT3、FT4、TSH)。결과치료후혈지지표( TC、TG、LDL-C)、심기매보(AST、CK、LDH、HBDH)、TSH교치료전명현강저,차이구유통계학의의(균P<0.05),치료후FT3、FT4교치료전명현승고,차이균구유통계학의의(균P<0.05)。결론갑상선격소체대치료갑상선공능감퇴증능구유효개선갑상선공능,혈청심기매급혈지수평가현저하강,가작위갑상선공능감퇴증반유혈지、심기매승고환자적수선용약。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy and influence on lipids and myocardial enzymes ofthyroid hormone replacement therapy in the treatment of Hypothyroidism , and to guide clinical treatment. Methods 70 hypothyroidism patients met the inclusion criteria were chosen as the object of observation , allpatients were given levothyroxine replacement therapy , all patients had been treated for 4 weeks, then serumlipids (TC, TG, LDL-C), myocardial enzymes (AST, CK, LDH, HBDH) and thyroid function (FT3, FT4,TSH) were detected before and after treatment .Results The serum lipids (TC, TG, LDL-C), myocardialenzymes (AST, CK, LDH, HBDH), TSH after treatment was significantly lower than before treatment , thedifference was statistically significant (P <0.05), the FT3, FT4 after treatment was significantly higher thanbefore treatment, the differences were statistically significant (P <0.05).Conclusions Thyroid hormonereplacement therapy can improve thyroid function , reduced serum enzyme and lipid levels, can be used aspreferred method of treatment in the treatment of Hypothyroidism with high lipids and cardiac enzymes.
