目的：探讨60岁以上老年女性乳腺癌患者的临床特点和治疗效果。方法对2002年1月至2012年1月收治的74例老年乳腺癌患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果74例乳腺癌患者均行手术治疗。乳癌改良根治术为67例；单纯乳房切除3例；乳房部分切除术3例；另有1例因发现远处转移而进行局部病灶切除术。所有患者均度过围手术期。结论高龄并不是手术的禁忌症，老年乳腺癌患者的治疗仍应以手术为主的综合治疗，重视并处理好合并症，做好术前准备，进行个体化治疗，可降低手术病死率。
목적：탐토60세이상노년녀성유선암환자적림상특점화치료효과。방법대2002년1월지2012년1월수치적74례노년유선암환자적림상자료진행회고성분석。결과74례유선암환자균행수술치료。유암개량근치술위67례；단순유방절제3례；유방부분절제술3례；령유1례인발현원처전이이진행국부병조절제술。소유환자균도과위수술기。결론고령병불시수술적금기증，노년유선암환자적치료잉응이수술위주적종합치료，중시병처리호합병증，주호술전준비，진행개체화치료，가강저수술병사솔。
Objective To study the clinical features and treatment efficacy of elderly female breast cancer.Methods The clinical datas of 74 cases (≥60 years old ) with breast cancer which were diagnosed during January 2002 and January 2012 were retrospectively studied .Results All patients underwent operation . 67 cases among them received breast cancer modified radical mastectomy , 3cases received simple mastectomy and 3 cases received partial mastectomy , another 1 patient received lumpectomy because of distant metastasis .All the patients survived during the perioperative period .Conclusions Elderly ageing is not a surgery contraindication . Elderly patients with breast cancer should be mainly treated with surgery , multiple operation methods and other adjuvant therapy should be used according to individual condition of these patients .The elderly patients can tolerate operation by optimal preparation and careful treatment .
