目的：观察丹红注射液对急性冠脉综合征患者血液流变学的影响。方法观察63例急性冠脉综合征患者在给予丹红注射液治疗前后的血液流变学的变化。结果经过10天的治疗后，治疗组血液流变学各项指标中全血（高、低）切黏度及血浆粘度、红细胞聚集数、红细胞压积、红细胞刚性明显改善（P＜0．05）。结论丹红注射液明显改善了急性冠脉综合征患者的血液流变学指标。
목적：관찰단홍주사액대급성관맥종합정환자혈액류변학적영향。방법관찰63례급성관맥종합정환자재급여단홍주사액치료전후적혈액류변학적변화。결과경과10천적치료후，치료조혈액류변학각항지표중전혈（고、저）절점도급혈장점도、홍세포취집수、홍세포압적、홍세포강성명현개선（P＜0．05）。결론단홍주사액명현개선료급성관맥종합정환자적혈액류변학지표。
Objective To observe the effect of Danhong injection on hemorheology in patients with ACS . Methods To observe the changes of hemorheology on danhong injection among the 63 patient of ACS .Results After the therapy of Danhong injection , the hemorheology indicators , such as the ( high and low ) shearviscosity in whole blood , plasma viscosity , the aggregation number of erythrocyte , hematocrit anderythrocyte rigidity were all decreased significantly(P<0.05).Conclusions Danhong injection significantly improved the hemorheology of the patients with ACS .
