针对高速电主轴轴向振动直接影响立式加工件品质高低问题,用有限元法建立高速电主轴转子轴承动力学模型,分析系统固有特性。轴向一阶固有振型为转子刚体振动振形,固有频率远低于一阶径向振动,理论计算固有频率结果与实验结果误差较小;据线性二次型最优控制理论对高速电主轴轴向振动的主动抑制进行理论分析,设计输出反馈控制系统,建立闭环动力学模型。实例计算结果表明,闭环系统能有效抑制高速电主轴轴向振动。

The processing quality of vertical machining workpieces is affected by the rotor's axial vibration of high-speed motorized spindles.A dynamic finite element model was built to discuss the dynamic behaviors of high-speed motorized spindles.It is found that the axial rigid vibration is the first natural mode of vibration and the first natural frequency of axial vibration is lower than that of radial vibration.The good agreement between the theoretical results and the experimental data indicates that the model can describe appropriately the dynamic characteristics of the axial vibration. Finally,the active axial vibration suppression theory of high-speed motorized spindles was given out based on the linear quadratic optimal control theory.The simulation results show that the axial vibration amplitude of the closed-loop system will be attenuated more quickly than the open-loop system.
