通过产学研的紧密结合，将高校的创新成果加快转化为产业优势，从而推动区域经济的增长，已经成为高校发展的一个重要命题。本文对现行校企产学研技术开发、技术转让、共建实体等合作模式进行了分析，认为目前的校企产学研合作存在：实质合作模式单一，项目立项创新水平有待提升，缺乏统一的管理评价标准等问题，结合这些问题从国家政策、科技创新、评价标准、交流学习等方面提出了相应的对策，以期为产学研的长足发展提供一定的借鉴。

Through production, closely integrated, will speed up into industrial advantage of innovation achievements, so as to promote the growth of regional economy, has become an important proposition of the development of colleges and universities.Factor in this paper, the current production, technology development, technology transfer, and entities such as cooperation mode are analyzed, and believe that the industry-university-institute cooperation between colleges of existence: single substantive cooperation mode, project to improve innovation level, such problems as lack of unified management evaluation standard, combining these problems from the national policy, scientific and technological innovation, evaluation standard, the exchange learning aspects put forward the corresponding countermeasures, in order to study the long-term development to provide certain reference.
