听、说、读、写是英语的四项基本技能。而有些学校平时根本不做相应的听力训练和测试，只是在临考前突击。为了解决这个问题，笔者认为要从让学生对英语有全面客观的认识，让学生对英语学习方法有一全新的理解，让中小学英语教师经常相互交流、共同做好中小英语的衔接工作等入手，并采用多种方式解决听力难这一难题。

Listening, speaking, reading and writing are four basic skills in learning English, but corresponding listening training and tests are not implemented in the routine teaching of some schools, while only temporary and intensive training is made be-fore examinations. To settle this problem, the writer holds that students should have a comprehensive and objective understand-ing of English and English learning methods, while primary and secondary school teachers should often communicate with one another in order to better connect primary and secondary school English, and they should adopt various methods to settle the dif-ficulties in English listening.
